Clinical Program Manager (RN or LPN) – Adult Day Services

Location: Seattle, WA (98144) – On-site

Compensation: $88,400 - $129,426 per year

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate, leadership-minded Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to lead a vibrant Adult Day Center in Seattle. This is not your typical floor-nursing role; it is a "Clinical-Operations Hybrid" where you will oversee both the medical wellbeing of our senior participants and the daily programming that keeps them engaged and active.

If you are passionate about geriatric care, dementia support, and leading a multidisciplinary team, this is the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Conduct initial and ongoing participant assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Program Management: Plan and oversee daily activities, monthly calendars, and community outings to ensure high-quality participant engagement.
  • Direct Care: Provide nursing treatments, manage medication administration, and educate families/caregivers.
  • Team Supervision: Recruit, train, and evaluate a dedicated team of day center staff, fostering a culture of excellence and empathy.
  • Compliance: Ensure the center meets all federal, state, and organizational regulations, including HIPAA and infection control standards.

Required Qualifications

  • License: Active Washington State RN or LPN license.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working specifically with frail or elderly populations.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Strong background in Dementia care, physical/behavioral needs of seniors, and medication management.
  • Certification: Current BLS.
  • Leadership: Previous experience in a supervisory or "lead" role within a healthcare setting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in PACE, Adult Day Health, or Assisted Living environments.
  • Background in recreational therapy or evidence-based programming.
  • Experience with Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives and multidisciplinary team (IDT) collaboration.

Schedule & Benefits

  • Core Hours: Monday – Friday, between 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
  • Work-Life Balance: No nights or weekends required.
  • Impact: Direct influence on the quality of life for seniors in the local community.
