Work Schedule:Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (some flexibility may be required based on operational needs)


Join the Engineering and Inspections Department within the Business and Technology Division as a Data & Systems Administrator. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing systems that support operational efficiency, data integrity, and informed decision-making.

About the Role:

The Data & Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of Work Order and Asset Management systems. This role combines data analysis, reporting, system maintenance, and technical support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supporting Work Order and Asset Management systems
  • Analyzing operational data and developing custom reports
  • Writing and troubleshooting SQL queries
  • Supporting web applications, including minor enhancements and issue resolution
  • Managing Windows file server structures and security permissions
  • Coordinating departmental technology solutions and transitions
  • Supporting end-user technology needs and vendor coordination

What You Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4–6 years of experience in system administration and operational support (related to Work Order or Asset Management systems)

“OR” an Associate’s Degree with 8-10 years of experience in system administration and operational support (related to Work Order or Asset Management systems)

  • Experience analyzing operational data and building custom reports
  • Proficiency in SQL query writing
  • Experience supporting web applications (troubleshooting and enhancements)
  • Experience managing Windows file server folder structures and security permissions (NTFS/share)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Technology-related field
  • Experience with EAM Work Order or Asset Management platforms
  • Experience with reporting tools (Cognos, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Access)
  • Experience developing front-end and back-end web application components
  • Experience/familiarity with IT leasing processes, hardware standards, and vendor coordination
