Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development of series of customized GenAI solutions. This role will focus on building scalable, production-grade systems using Python and modern frameworks, with a strong emphasis on generative AI applications such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, agile environment and be comfortable working consultatively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present results.
Hybrid Requirements - 2 days a week onsite in Manhattan
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ year of coding experience (Preferably Python)
• 3+ years of experience in backend systems (FastAPI experience is a plus)
• Proven track record of building and deploying GenAI solutions (e.g., RAG pipelines, agent-based systems)
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
• Experience working in cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills in agile settings
• Ability to work consultatively with junior stakeholders, clarify needs, and communicate technical concepts effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with healthcare (PBM / insurance) domains
• Familiarity with B2B sales process
• Experience integrating GenAI solutions into enterprise workflows
• Exposure to MLOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.)
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline. *Master's degree preferred
Compensation
$45/hr to $50/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
