Monitor information systems to ensure quality assurance
Upload and validate HCM staff information data into the EAM system across all M-NCPPC divisions
Review and evaluate time and labor reports submitted by staff through the EAM system
Track and report on trends such as terminations, certifications, updates, and labor metrics
Facilitate and support training sessions for staff and management on information systems
Conduct testing of processes within the EAM system
Perform varied and complex data entry tasks
Use Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to support daily operations
Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end users
Maintain professional customer service and apply best practices in daily tasks
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1-year experience as Help Desk Support – Tier I
Preferred
Experience with incident logging, categorization, and prioritization for internal and external events
Familiarity with testing processes within an EAM system
Experience providing troubleshooting and support to end users
May be subject to medical, drug and alcohol testing.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of data entry processes, including accuracy standards and workflow management
Ability to support internal users effectively within an enterprise system environment, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed
Skill in using Microsoft Office Suite and mobile applications to assist staff workflows
Knowledge of basic SQL for data handling and system interactions (recommended)
Skill in utilizing reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Cognos Business Reporting, and/or Microsoft Power BI
Ability to communicate clearly, work independently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Work hours
Schedule of 32 hours per week, 6-8 hours per day between the hours of 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.
