Data Center Engineer

Location: Secaucus and Clifton, NJ

Shift: 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Center Tech/Specialist/Controller
• Installation, migration, and demise of IT equipment within Data Centres (To 5 years)
• Awareness of service management techniques including Problem, Change and Incident management
• Understanding of data network and cabling technologies, principles, and products
• Able to run and test fiber optic and copper cables
• Remove and install servers
• Patching environments
• General overview as to how a computer room floor is laid out and how modern server, storage and network infrastructure is integrated.
