Title: Data Center Construction Site Scheduler

Location: onsite 5 days a week in Bridgeport, Alabama 35740

Duration: one year contract + extensions (very likely for multi-year extensions)

Must Haves

• 5+ Years of Project Management/Coordination Experience
• Experience managing schedules & budgets for large scale construction projects (Industrial, Mission Critical or Data Center Experience preferred)
• Excellent Communication (written & verbal)
• Self-starter & resourceful as they will have a steep learning curve if they don't have hyperscale construction experience
• Experience with P6, Auto Desk Construction Cloud and CAD/BIM drawings and tools preferred

Day to Day

The Site Scheduler will work alongside the OR PM's, client leadership, finance & procurement teams to manage the construction schedule for several hyperscale data center construction projects. We are seeking an organized & proactive consultant who posses excellent written and verbal communication skills. The relationship with the General Contractor and subcontract vendors onsite will be vital as this resource will need to set timelines and manage expectations in a fast moving environment. Experience utilizing industry standard scheduling tools (P6), Construction Management Tools (Autodesk Construction Cloud, eBuilder, Procore) and a technical understanding of how to read and analyze CAD/BIM drawings are strongly preferred.
