Construction Manager – West Texas
We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects across West Texas.
This is a high-impact role responsible for managing construction execution from pre-construction through commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of data center construction projects
- Manage contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and reporting
- Drive site safety and quality assurance programs
- Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities
- Manage utility, permitting, and regulatory interfaces
- Support commercial negotiations, procurement, and change management
- Ensure successful project delivery across multiple active sites
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience delivering mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, project controls, and contractor management
- Experience managing large capital projects from concept through completion
- Strong commercial, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Preferred Experience
- Hyperscale or colocation data center construction
- Utility-scale power infrastructure and substations
- EPC, CMAR, or Design-Build project delivery models
- PMP, CCM, PE, or similar professional certification
