Role : Data Analyst (Tableau / Snowflake / Airtable)

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau, Airtable, Excel, SQL, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable business insights, building dashboards, automating reporting processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making across teams. Exposure to AI-powered analytics and automation tools is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
• Manage and optimize workflows, databases, and reporting structures in Airtable.
• Create advanced Excel reports using formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and automation techniques.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Work with Snowflake for data warehousing, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Support data quality, validation, and governance initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve analytics efficiency, forecasting, and reporting automation.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for leadership teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and business reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics/reporting tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency in:
Tableau
Airtable
Microsoft Excel
SQL
Snowflake
