Key Responsibilities
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Write and execute moderately complex SQL queries to support business needs
Provide quick-turn data support to stakeholders in Accounting and Supply Chain
Partner with business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting
Develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports to support operational and financial reporting needs
Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting across Power BI and SSRS outputs
Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and meeting deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a relationship-driven, customer-focused environment
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in data analysis, including identifying trends and anomalies
Hands-on experience with SQL (moderate complexity)
Experience developing and maintaining SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports
Experience supporting Accounting/Finance or Supply Chain (Distribution, Transportation, etc.)
Proficiency in Power BI
Experience working with Accounting/Finance data, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR), is required.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in ambiguous environments
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Experience working in fast-paced, less structured environments
Work Environment
Hybrid role based in Portland, OR (minimum 2 days onsite required)
