Under minimal supervision, operates with the autonomy to interpret, monitor, and analyze multifaceted data encompassing policies, programs, demographics, and operational outcomes providing critical guidance for decision making across diverse organizational domains. Additionally, this position plays a pivotal role in leading and mentoring lower-level team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Extract, manipulate, analyze, and report data to internal and external constituencies.
Collaborates with teams to develop metrics for evaluation of ongoing programs and to support operation decisions.
Works with existing data repositories to answer research questions of interest to stakeholders.
Designs or adapts questionnaires to create new metrics for evaluation of various programs to support operations.
Creates algorithms to merge data into new datasets. Identifies new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Uses statistical methods to determine the effectiveness and efficacy of programmatic initiatives.
Creates PowerPoint presentations of key findings from evaluations and/or development initiatives.
Presents key metrics from program evaluations to key stakeholders.
Collaborates with team members across the institution to access data and articulate data requirements.
Manages the process for delivering monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Develops reports and deliverables for management and communicates with all levels of stakeholders.
Ensures compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis.
May train new and less experienced analysts in database management procedures.
