Data Analyst, Leasing Systems & Dynamics 365

Required Skills:

• The candidates we're seeing are coming in a bit light on the technical side, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP platforms, SQL, Power BI, integrations, and overall systems administration experience. We are looking for someone with stronger hands-on technical expertise rather than a traditional business analyst profile.
• Ideally, we'd like to target candidates with experience supporting Dynamics 365, leasing, or ERP systems, reporting and analytics, Power Platform, data integrations, and enterprise applications in a leasing or financial services environment.

Position Summary:

• We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Data Analyst, Leasing Systems & Dynamics 365 to support reporting, data management, system optimization, and business intelligence initiatives across our leasing operations environment.
• This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and operations, supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, leasing platforms (LeasePlus, Odessa, Solifi, or equivalent), Power BI, SQL, and enterprise reporting solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, analyzing business performance, troubleshooting data issues, and supporting system integrations.
• This is a hands-on technical role focused on data analysis, reporting, CRM/ERP systems, and process automation rather than traditional business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, operational reports, and executive reporting packages.
• Analyze leasing, portfolio, operational, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Create ad hoc reports and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting environments.
• Support KPI development and performance measurement initiatives.

Dynamics 365 & Leasing Systems

• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration, reporting, and data management activities.
• Maintain and enhance data structures, entities, workflows, and reporting capabilities within Dynamics 365.
• Support leasing platforms including LeasePlus, Odessa, Solifi, or similar systems.
• Assist with system enhancements, testing, and data validation activities.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across CRM and leasing platforms.

Data Integration & Automation

• Support data integrations between Dynamics 365, leasing systems, accounting platforms, and reporting tools.
• Develop SQL queries and data extracts for reporting and analysis.
• Assist with Power Automate workflows and process automation initiatives.
• Support ETL processes and data migration activities.
• Partner with technical teams to improve system connectivity and data flow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, CRM Analytics, or Systems Reporting.
• Strong experience with:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Power BI
• SQL Server
• Excel
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Experience supporting ERP, leasing, financial services, or asset management systems.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level analytics.
• Familiarity with LeasePlus, Odessa, Solifi, or comparable leasing platforms is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Power Platform, FetchXML, KingswaySoft, or SSRS is a plus.

Preferred Background

• Equipment leasing, commercial finance, asset management, or financial services experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power BI certifications.
• Experience supporting CRM, ERP, or enterprise reporting environments.
