As a D365 Business Central Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing end‑to‑end Business Central solutions. You’ll work directly with internal stakeholders, functional teams, and senior leadership to build scalable, high‑performing systems that support critical operations across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in transformation environments, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to build solutions that make a meaningful difference on a large scale.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and implementing technical solutions within D365 Business Central (BC)
- Developing and enhancing Business Central functionality using AL
- Building and maintaining integrations with third‑party and internal systems
- Supporting customisations, extensions, and performance improvements
- Troubleshooting system issues and proposing well‑architected solutions
- Participating in cross‑departmental meetings with senior leaders
- Owning deployment pipelines and ensuring smooth releases through all environments
- Acting as a technical SME for BC‑related issues across the organisation
🧩 What You Bring
- 5+ years of professional experience with Dynamics NAV / Business Central
- Strong development experience with AL language
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementations and complex integrations
- Solid understanding of data migration, security, and performance optimisation
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and Dataverse
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar lifecycle tools
💰 Compensation
- $160,000+ (based on experience)
- Full-time role with hybrid flexibility.
