About Position:

Role: D365 Architect – AI Transformation (Field & Case Management)

Location: Dallas TX

Job type- Full Time


We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 (D365) Architect to lead the design and implementation of an AI-powered solution aimed at transforming field service and case management systems. This role will focus on building intelligent AI agents, optimizing workflows, and integrating advanced AI capabilities into the D365 ecosystem.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead architecture design for AI led D365 Customer Service (Case Management) & Contact Center solutions.
  • Design end-to-end solution architecture incorporating AI agents harnessing Copilot, Power Platform AI Builder, and Azure AI Foundry for automation, decision support, and case resolution.
  • Design and implement integrations between D365, AI/ML platforms, and external systems.
  • Architect conversational and autonomous AI agents for:
  • Case triaging and routing
  • Field service scheduling and optimization
  • Knowledge retrieval and recommendations
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to operationalize ML models within D365 workflows.
  • Define data architecture, governance, and security models for AI-enabled systems.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance of the solution.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools such as Azure AI, Copilot, and Power Platform components.


Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in CRM solutions, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience as a Solution/Technical Architect on large-scale D365 implementations.
  • Deep knowledge of:
  • D365 Customer Service (Case Management)
  • D365 Contact Center
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Custom Copilot Agents
  • AI Models using Power Platform AI Builder
  • Basic Knowledge of designing AI-enabled solutions using Azure AI Foundry
  • Strong understanding of system integrations (APIs, middleware, microservices).
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy frameworks.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or integrating AI agents / copilots within enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI use cases in customer service or field operations.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., D365 Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
  • Experience in industries like telecom, utilities, or BFSI is a plus.
