Role Overview:
The Vice President of Client Management is a leadership role within the Group Insurance Distribution organization, responsible for driving profitable growth and retention across the in-force book of business. This role focuses on maximizing client value through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives, improving persistency, and leading successful renewal execution across a client base of 50–5,000 lives.
The VPCM serves as a market-facing leader, fostering strong client and producer relationships while ensuring operational excellence and team performance.

Pay Transparency
Salary range: $230,000 (base + sales incentive)
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
