Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced and dynamic CVOR Nurse Manager to lead a high-performing cardiovascular operating room team in Charlotte, NC. This permanent leadership role is ideal for a clinically strong nurse with proven management experience in cardiac surgery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and surgical staff
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and compliance
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and executive leadership
• Monitor performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state license)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of CVOR nursing experience
• Prior leadership or management experience required
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (required); CNOR preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
