Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Lebanon, TN. The Customer Service Specialist will provide direct support to customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails professionally, maintaining excellent phone etiquette, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service.
