Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Lebanon, TN. The Customer Service Specialist will provide direct support to customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails professionally, maintaining excellent phone etiquette, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service. The role will also involve monitoring and enhancing the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and providing thoughtful solutions.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Customer Experience and the ability to enhance interactions
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • English/Mandarin Languages are a required for this role.
