Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
* Provide professional customer support by handling inquiries via phone, email, and fax while delivering accurate product, service, and account information
* Process customer orders and payments with a high level of accuracy, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience
* Maintain and update customer records, account details, and transaction data using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Partner with territory sales managers to support new customer onboarding, manage account needs, and strengthen client relationships
Required Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years of experience is a high-volume customer service, client support, or related position
* Experience working in manufacturing/distribution, or related environment
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
* Microsoft Office (ex: Word, Excel, Outlook)
