Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support quoting, order entry, and customer satisfaction initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This role works closely with customers and cross-functional internal teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate communication, order management, and service delivery.
This position is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoys working with technical drawings and supporting time-sensitive customer projects in a fast-paced setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66500.00 - $83100.00/yr.
10% quartly bonus for hitting sales goals
