Hiring: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46240 (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract |

Pay rate: $16/hr (W2) Without Benefits

We’re looking for customer-focused professionals to handle calls & emails, assist with account access, and provide top-notch support.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) – preferred for interview selection
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical call center or related transferable experience

Training is fully onsite | Hybrid (2 days onsite/week after training)
