Role Description

Friendly Diamonds is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site role at our Houston, TX location. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, addressing customer concerns, and providing accurate product information. Representatives will assist customers throughout the buying process and foster a positive customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and delivering exceptional service. The role also involves resolving issues promptly and maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in the retail or jewelry industry is a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are beneficial.
