Role Overview
Partify Inc. is a fast growing e-commerce company specializing in painted automotive parts. We are focused on building scalable operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and using data driven systems to support rapid growth.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our growing customer base and ensure a high quality experience across all customer interactions. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with order inquiries, product questions, shipping updates, and issue resolution.
This is a hands on role in a fast paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and problem solving ability are essential. The ideal candidate is customer focused, organized, and comfortable working with multiple systems while managing a high volume of inquiries.
You will work closely with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to ensure customers receive accurate information, timely updates, and effective support.
Pay
$20.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and all messaging platforms.
Assist customers with order placement, product questions, order status updates, and shipping information.
Resolve customer issues related to damaged parts, shipping delays, returns, and warranty claims.
Process order adjustments, cancellations, refunds, and replacements as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to resolve order fulfillment issues.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Identify common customer issues and communicate insights to leadership to help improve processes.
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience across all interactions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, support, or call center environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Comfortable working with multiple software systems and internal tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
