Position Overview

Toro Marketing Group is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Dallas team.

In this role, you will work directly with customers and business clients, serving as a trusted representative of our partners while helping maintain strong customer relationships and supporting account growth. This is an in-person position that focuses on customer engagement and client support.

Please note that this is not a remote, call center, or telemarketing position.


Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers in a professional and positive manner

• Provide exceptional service and support during face-to-face interactions

• Assist with customer retention and account maintenance initiatives

• Build lasting relationships with customers and business partners

• Identify opportunities to expand services and improve customer experiences

• Work closely with leadership and team members to achieve client objectives

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity

• Contribute to a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated

• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or related fields is beneficial but not required
