We're assisting our local employer, Tammy Pham Insurance & Financial Services, seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) Customer Service Representative to join the team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable working in a professional office environment.
No insurance license is required to start. Paid training will be provided for the right candidate. Candidates who already hold an insurance license may qualify for higher pay depending on experience (DOE).
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist customers with policy questions, payments, claims support, and account updates
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Learn insurance products and agency procedures through provided training
Qualifications
- Bilingual in either Spanish or Vietnamese required
- Strong customer service experience required
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate office software systems
- Professional communication and phone etiquette
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous office, call center, retail, banking, or insurance experience
- Licensed insurance agents encouraged to apply
- Insurance license holders may receive higher compensation based on experience
