The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability details
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/order systems
- Support key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of customer service experience (B2B or product-based preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
- Interest in safety products, apparel, or industrial sectors is a bonus
