The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to order fulfillment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability details
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/order systems
  • Support key accounts and build long-term customer relationships


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of customer service experience (B2B or product-based preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
  • Interest in safety products, apparel, or industrial sectors is a bonus
