LHH is partnering with a client in Falls Church, VA looking to bring on a motivated and service-oriented Entry-Level Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic Customer Success team. This is an ongoing temporary assignment that will begin asap.
In this role, you won’t just answer questions—you’ll be a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure they receive timely solutions, clear communication, and a consistently high-quality experience. You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to support a portfolio of valued customers.
