Job Description

Currently seeking candidates to join the Customer Outreach team in the Miami/Dade area. This individual will be supporting the FPL Storm Secure Underground Program, connecting with service customers, explaining the Storm Secure Underground Program (SSUP), and obtaining the necessary documents and signatures for utility easements to close out these FPL projects. *This is a 3-Month Temporary assignment with conversations on opening up a long-term role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for contacting each property owner to discuss the project and proposed equipment placement with customer.
• Discussing the SSUP project details to service customers
• Gaining the customer’s agreement to proceed with the project as planned and acquiring all necessary signatures for easements and acknowledgement forms.
• Customer outreach will also include on-going communication with the property owners and property occupants throughout all stages of the project, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Organize and submit document electronically to the support team
• Requires great customer service and communication skills, as well as purposeful follow up and documentation skills.
• Working under a variety of outside conditions (Hot/Cold, Humid, Inclement Weather)
• Be able to professionally communicate in person, over the phone and email with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Ability to read and understand construction and engineering plans.
• Coordinate special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior Customer-Facing Sales/Customer Service experience
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Valid Driver License and reliable transportation
• Excellent Communication skills

Work Environment

• This individual will primarily be out in the field (outside) in the Miami area
• Work schedule will be Monday-Friday 10am-7pmand some Saturdays as needed. No OT
  • May have to accommodate other times for some customers
• Pants/Jeans and Steel-Toe Boots are required in the field
• PPE (Shirt, Vest, etc) provided by the client
• Company equipment will be issued. May have to use personal phone in the interim.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Miami Gardens, FL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Miami Gardens,FL.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 30, 2026.
