Role Description

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Customer Lending Representative located in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients throughout the lending process. Daily responsibilities include building relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, assisting with loan applications, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records. Your efforts will focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience, problem-solving, and facilitating a smooth lending process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Communication
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Knowledge of mortgage lending processes is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in finance or customer service are advantageous
