The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, 115,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and 8 food and Beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $30.00 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Support the Leaders in Culinary by giving administrative support to the Chefs, sous Chefs, Supervisor and the Stewarding Team. Liaise between the Chefs and the colleges, department heads, handle general PO, manage BEO bible and Scheduling assistance to the Culinary and Stewarding Team.

25% Perform administrative duties such as typing correspondence and reports, BEO distro, SOP. Maintain and upkeep various filing systems, including vendor information where necessary.

25% Answer questions and concerns; follow through either to resolution or refer to the appropriate manager. Assist chefs for any Compliance certificates for BOH Culinary and Stewarding.

15% Assure all incoming and outgoing correspondence is typed, received, mailed and/or filed as required. Ensure office supply pars and equipment are maintained.

25% Data entry into yellow dog/Unifocus/Smart spend for payroll and ordering purposes, vacation, time edits and time off requests. Manage, update and consolidate projects including CAPEX, Food Cost database, monthly/quarterly/yearly plans.

5% Manage scheduling appointments, meetings, monthly safety and HR trainings. Assist the director of Culinary on chefs meeting and following up with the Team.

5% Assist leaders in the Kitchen during holidays and special events, as required.
