Job Title: Travel CT Technologist
Location: Charleston, SC
Pay Rate: $2,400/week
Shift: 3x12s (Days or Nights)
Schedule Options: Weekday or Weekend shifts available
Position Overview
The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging results. This role involves working closely with radiologists and healthcare teams to support timely and precise diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and advanced CT imaging procedures following facility protocols
Operate CT equipment efficiently to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Ensure proper patient positioning, preparation, and education prior to scans
Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions
Administer contrast media when required, in accordance with guidelines
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Meditech
Follow radiation safety standards and infection control protocols
Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care
Perform equipment checks and report any malfunctions

Requirements
ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
BLS/CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of CT experience (travel experience preferred but not required)
Work Environment
Fast-paced hospital setting
Ability to handle a steady patient volume
Flexibility to work either weekday or weekend shifts
Team-oriented environment with strong clinical support
