Our bakers work closely with the Shift Lead to ensure fresh desserts are always available.
As a Baker, you'll play a key role in delivering the highest quality fresh, from-scratch cookies and desserts to our fans. Our weekly rotating menu offers a new experience each week—perfect for someone with a love of learning, creativity, and dessert innovation!

Key Responsibilities:
As a Baker, your role will include:
- Baking Excellence: At its core, this is a from-scratch bakery :)
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete daily tasks and production of high-quality desserts.
- Customer Engagement: Create positive experiences for every customer and keep them informed about new products.
- Learning and Development: With new desserts every week, we're always learning and developing new skills!
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, culinary or associate degree a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in the food & beverage industry preferred (food handler certification required prior to employment).
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in dessert preparation, customer service, and operational tasks.
- Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Flexibility: Availability for part-time shifts Monday-Saturday 7am-10:30pm (morning, midday, and night shifts available), with 1 day off in addition to ALL Sundays off. Saturday availability is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
Work Schedule:
- Guaranteed Day Off: Crumbl is closed on Sundays and many major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s).
- Prime Shifts: Availability required for Saturday shifts.
- Priority Consideration: Applicants with open availability will be given priority for promotions.

General oversight and a positive attitude are KEY for the Shift Lead. Having a “birds-eye view” of all the stations, customers, and bakers will be required to supervise effectively. Leading by example, maintaining professionalism, and being a team player will be highlights of this position. With your talent for training staff, resolving customer conflicts with care, efficient gameplanning, and embracing innovation, you'll elevate our crew to new heights of excellence.
