The Opportunity

A well-established, independent anesthesia group in the Quad Cities area of Illinois is seeking an experienced CRNA to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned CRNA who values clinical autonomy, exceptional compensation, and true work-life balance. You will work independently across a full-service hospital, two ambulatory surgery centers, and a GI suite - with the option to pick up voluntary call for additional income on your own terms. Compensation

Practice Coverage

• Full-service community hospital
• Two ambulatory surgery centers
• GI suite
• Optional coverage in Iowa for additional earning potential

Case Mix

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Urology
• OB - epidurals and spinals required
• No cardiac cases
• No neuro/spine cases

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification - required
• Experienced CRNAs only - this is an independent practice position
• Active Illinois CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Iowa CRNA license a plus - or willingness to obtain
• Proficiency with epidurals and spinals - required
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to independent, autonomous practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
