Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians (Level II & III) to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of mission-critical mechanical systems within data center environments.

This role focuses on maintaining high-performance HVAC infrastructure where system reliability and uptime are essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC systems
  • Service and maintain:
  • Air and water-cooled chillers
  • Cooling towers
  • Boilers and hydronic systems
  • Air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs)
  • Pumps, valves, and associated mechanical systems
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
  • Support building automation systems (DDC/BAS) and VFD controls
  • Respond to routine and emergency service requests
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

Qualifications

Technician II

  • Minimum 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
  • Working knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical troubleshooting
  • Experience with large commercial equipment (chillers, boilers, AHUs preferred)


Technician III

  • Minimum 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience
  • Strong experience with chillers, cooling towers, and central plant systems
  • Ability to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs independently
  • Experience with DDC/BAS and VFD systems


Required

  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Strong understanding of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Valid driver’s license
  • U.S. citizenship (ability to obtain clearance preferred)


Compensation

  • Technician II: $40–$50/hr (based on experience)
  • Technician III: $45–$60/hr (based on experience)
  • Overtime available
  • Full benefits package


Schedule

  • Multiple shifts available (day, evening, overnight)
  • 8–12 hour shifts depending on assignment
  • Rotating on-call for advanced technicians
