Supplier Delivery Risk Management (SDRM) Supplier Delivery Operations (SDO) Coordinator is responsible for working with critical suppliers, assisting them in developing short term 'build and ship' plans that supports production at Stellantis assembly and manufacturing plants, while focusing on a long-term recovery plan for critical components. SDO Coordinator key tasks is to prevent disruptions in the flow of production parts to NA assembly plants. The selected candidate will work closely with engineering, capacity planning, production planning, logistics, supplier quality, purchasing, materials logistics management, and Stellantis plants, for coordination and breaking down barriers.

The candidate must deliver as a way of life, keep things simple and escalate at the supplier and/or within Stellantis, to prevent production disruptions. This role within the Supply Chain Management (SCM)organization is in a fast paced, intense area of SCM and requires transparency throughout the supply chain, ownership of issues, and consistent follow up. This role is based out of CTC (Chrysler Technical Center) in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Power BI and Qlik tools are expected to be utilized to assist with data to effectively resolve and present your workload. There must be an understanding that we are a global company and consideration for other regions will be needed to build the best overall plan for the company.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Ability to build relationships and drive results
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills, and the ability to analyze complex data/situations


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Stellantis plant experience
  • Working knowledge of Stellantis supply systems (PC
    Portal/ODIMS/CMIS/Change Management/CHAMPS/Assembly Receiving Regions)
