University Health is expanding a 24/7, high-acuity critical care service supporting solid organ transplant, cardiothoracic surgery, cardiac, and ECMO patients—designed for APPs who are confident managing complex cases and want to work at the top of their license.

🔹 What You’ll Do
Independently manage critically ill patients
Perform ICU procedures within scope
Lead and execute complex care plans in collaboration with intensivists
Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✔ Board-certified ACNP or PA
✔ Strong ICU experience required
✔ Confidence in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
✔ Team-oriented, accountable, and clinically driven
