We are seeking a Criminal Law Paralegal to support our attorneys in all phases of case preparation and management.

This is a fully remote position, requiring a high level of self-discipline, organization, and accountability. Success in this role depends on your ability to manage your workload independently, communicate proactively, and consistently meet deadlines without direct supervision.

You will be directly involved in case strategy support, document preparation, and ensuring all deadlines and court requirements are met without exception.

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and strategic support
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, motions, and filings
• Conduct legal research and clearly summarize findings
• Maintain and manage case files with precision and accuracy
• Track and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures
• Handle legal correspondence with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
• Support trial preparation and case organization
• Ensure all work meets firm standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness

• Strong knowledge of criminal law procedures and court systems
• Experience with legal drafting and document review
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
• Proficiency with legal research tools and office software
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in criminal law or a law firm environment preferred
