Overview
The ideal candidate has already established themselves as not only standard bearer in their current position in regards to attendance, quality, communication, and performance to standard but also in their approach to the position as an individual with a “ can do attitude “ and positive outcome mindset. Although an entry level leadership position, this is to be considered a working leadership role. Crew Chiefs are required to clock 95% of their time on the clock to direct assembly operations.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration.
