Credit AVP (CRE)

Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an AVP Credit Analyst (CRE) for a permanent position!

Responsibilities:

• Credit and risk control through analyses of the factors in the credit business, with a focus on CRE.
• Due diligence vetting and performing analyses on transactions
• Defending cases to Credit Committee
• Preparing Credit Assessments
• Reviewing Legal Documentation focusing on credit terms such as collateral, covenants, etc.
• Post disbursement management
• Covenant Compliance
• Act as a risk manager escalating risks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years credit related work experience
• 2+ years of specific experience working in CRE Credit within banking
