Overview
The Credit Analyst will be responsible for risk analysis and mitigation, credit approval, dispute resolution, management and collection of accounts receivable for lower-tier Leasing customer accounts while operating within assigned thresholds. The role operates with routine supervisory oversight by the Corporate Credit Manager.

- Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers, being responsive and proactive to address customer concerns and resolve issues. - Analyze customer credit history to set appropriate credit limits within established thresholds. Review and make credit recommendations based on review of customer financial statements, credit bureau reports and payment history. - Responsible for management and collection of all lower-tier accounts receivable within established metrics, on a portfolio of accounts, as assigned. Report of key performance metrics and trends. Perform annual reviews and report on key metrics for customers within the assigned portfolio. - Act as liaison between TEC Business Partners and external customers to aid dispute resolution, leading to payment. - Work with Credit Manager regarding account escalations and make recommendations regarding bad debt reserves, third party collections and legal actions, as appropriate. - Provide account support and assistance for upper-tier accounts, as needed. - Research and respond to requests and questions from the accounting department. - Assist with month-end close processes and reporting, bad debt reporting and miscellaneous projects as assigned.
