Creative Recruiter – Randstad MSP Supporting Global Beauty Company


Position Summary

Randstad is seeking a Creative & Marketing Recruiter to support recruitment across creative, marketing, and select white collar business functions within our MSP partnership with a global beauty company. This individual will play a key role in identifying top creative and corporate talent while partnering closely with hiring managers, suppliers, Program Managers, and the Associate Program Manager to support evolving business needs.


The ideal candidate will have prior staffing or agency recruiting experience within the beauty, fashion, luxury, or consumer goods industries and possess a strong understanding of creative talent evaluation, brand alignment, and candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across creative, marketing, and select white collar/corporate positions
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple recruiting channels
  • Post and manage job requisitions across internal and external platforms
  • Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, team dynamics, and required skill sets
  • Review creative portfolios and resumes to assess technical capabilities, brand alignment, and overall fit for creative roles
  • Develop an understanding of the culture, aesthetic, and creative direction of supported brands in order to identify aligned talent
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent pools for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Partner closely with the Associate Program Manager and Program Managers to align on recruitment strategy and hiring priorities
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate tracking within required systems and tools
  • Support time-sensitive and high-volume hiring initiatives as business needs evolve


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience within a staffing agency, MSP, or corporate recruiting environment
  • Experience recruiting for creative and marketing required.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate positions preferred.
  • Beauty, fashion, luxury, or consumer goods industry experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to review creative portfolios and assess candidate fit based on brand and role alignment
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders
