As our Creative Associate II, you will be a dedicated creative resource for agent and office leader marketing requests, receiving assigned work through our marketing team and delivering polished, on-brand assets within established SLA timelines. You will also design materials for company-wide campaigns, uphold brand standards, and ensure that every asset produced reflects the quality and identity of Monument Realty. This is a production-forward role that requires strong organizational skills, consistent creative output, and the ability to manage a steady volume of requests with efficiency and precision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and execute assigned agent and office leader marketing requests including listing materials, social graphics, flyers, postcards, e-blasts, and event collateral.
  • Deliver completed materials within established SLA timelines, flagging any scope or deadline concerns to the the team.
  • Prepare and deliver print-ready files for in-office production and coordinate with vendors when needed.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Monument's service menu to ensure all deliverables meet the appropriate product or package standards.
  • Communicate proactively on any requests requiring clarification or additional direction before production begins.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, and company initiatives.
  • Assist with concept development and creative direction for photoshoots, video shoots, and branded content.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with Monument's brand voice, positioning, and company goals.
  • Support additional marketing and branding projects as directed by the Director of Marketing.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related creative role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • High proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop required).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand design principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency across a high volume of requests.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Client-facing communication skills, comfortable interacting directly with agents and office leaders in a professional, solutions-oriented manner.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality output.
  • Experience in real estate marketing or a client-services creative environment is a plus.
  • Photography or light video editing experience is a plus.
