Crane Operator

Pay: $22.00/hr (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Bonuses: Monthly Production Incentive + Quarterly Safety Bonus

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, can manage multiple tasks at once, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment. You bring prior experience operating heavy equipment and are safety-focused with a sense of urgency.

• Operate an overhead crane safely and efficiently
• Maintain and organize glass storage areas
• Monitor and track glass inventory
• Perform weekly inventory counts
• Unload incoming glass trucks
• Operate a forklift to move materials and empty glass hoppers
• Support the glass cutting and production teams
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using equipment or manually
• Read work orders and follow instructions to complete tasks accurately
• Secure materials with protective devices (padding, strapping, etc.)
• Maintain a safety-first environment and follow all PPE requirements

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required
• Prior experience operating an overhead crane, heavy equipment, or boom lift
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to match labels to glass products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
