As a Counselorat Women’s Residential Services, you will have the opportunity to have a direct healing impact on women with substance use disorders. You will facilitate groups that are evidence-based practices for women with co-occurring disorders, provide interventions that are life-changing, and experience firsthand the miraculous changes these women make in their residential stay. WRS has an 80% success rate and not only do we provide the hope these underserved women need, but we also provide the treatment and coordination of care for long-lasting recovery. Our team is comprised of women who have a passion for making a difference, not only in the clients we serve but in the underserved population as a whole. The emotional rewards of touching another person’s life in such a way that they reach their true potential is something words can not describe. We serve to inspire motivate and engage women to reach their full potential.
