Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience worked in the last 3 years.
• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Community Health Systems (CHS).

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - In addition to meeting the unit experience requirements, your work experience needs to reflect at least 12 months (1 year) of uninterrupted experience working in the same unit/specialty you’re applying to. - Will consider experience in the following areas on a case-by-case basis: PACU, ICU, Telemetry, Cath Lab, Surgery Center.
Special Requests: - Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit. If multiple shifts are posted, only apply to your preferred shift. - Cardiac Observation Unit provides care for Cath Lab patients pre- and post-procedure and works with high-risk, high-acuity patients. - Bedside procedures performed in the unit include transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) and cardioversions (CV). - Responsibilities include admitting patients; prepping patients for Cath procedures, cardioversions, and transesophageal echocardiograms; recovering patients following Cath with conscious sedation; sedating, circulating, and documenting bedside procedures; and discharging patients.
Shift & Scheduling: - Varies: 3 x 12s: Days (0600-1830, 0700-1930, 0800-2030). - Call is on a rotational basis, approximately once every six weeks, but may be as frequent as once every 4 weeks. Call includes Saturday from 0700-1700 and Sunday from 0700-1400.
