We are searching for a qualified candidate with no less than 5 years’ experience in most of the areas shown below. It doesn’t need to be all them, but also needs the right attitude to dig in and become experienced in these areas.

  1. Business formations
  2. Dissolved entities
  3. Tax clearances
  4. Sales, mergers, acquisitions
  5. Disclosure schedules
  6. Due diligence
  7. Closing binders
  8. Draft bylaws, corporate consent, LLC Operating agreements
  9. State filings outside of PA
  10. Audit response letters
  11. Client facing opportunities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and format complex documents and spreadsheets.
  • Strong proficiency in DocuSign and Adobe.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Paralegal certificate or related training.
  • Five (5) or more years of Paralegal or related experience.
  • Solid writing and editing skills.
  • Comfort with technology, including learning and adapting to software platforms and other digital tools commonly used in law firms.

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Notary.
  • Experience with an electronic document management system like iManage.
  • Experience with a billing and timekeeping software like Aderant.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of the job, the employee must be able to:

Travel less than 10% of the day to inside or outside worksites beyond the corporate office, representing Tucker Arensberg, P.C. Will perform sedentary work exerting up to ten (10) pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move object.Must see, hear, talk, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity; kneeling, standing, walking, crouching, stooping, reaching, and other similar tasks requiring physical activity. Will operate a computer, fax, copier, and telephone. Work is generally performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.


REGULAR SCHEDULE

This is an hourly full-time position with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday work hours. Extended hours may be needed on occasion to complete company objectives.
