This role requires a strategic legal advisor who can provide sophisticated counsel on corporate matters while delivering exceptional drafting and negotiation expertise across complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on corporate governance, transactions, and business operations
• Lead and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development matters
• Advise clients on intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark protection, enforcement, and compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including purchase agreements, leases, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and settlement agreements
• Structure and negotiate transactions with precision and strong risk mitigation strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop innovative and commercially sound legal strategies
• Support business development initiatives and maintain client relationships

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Georgia Bar
• Extensive experience in corporate law, real estate transactions, and intellectual property (copyright and trademark)
• Demonstrated portable book of business
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Strong client management and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Required Experience advising growth-stage or entrepreneurial clients
• Strong business acumen and practical problem-solving approach
• Ability to manage multiple complexes matters simultaneously
• Proven track record of client development and retention
• Georgia Bar License
• On-site - Atlanta, GA
