Corporate Relocation Sales Consultant


Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Corporate Relocation Sales Consultant to drive new business and expand existing client relationships within a defined territory. This role is ideal for a strategic, self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven environment and enjoys owning the full sales lifecycle.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, presenting tailored workplace and mobility solutions, and closing business in a competitive and growing market. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to build trust with clients and internal partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close within an assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and in-person meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
  • Present customized workplace and relocation solutions that align with client needs and business goals
  • Attend local networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to generate leads
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions in a CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a high-quality client experience
  • Provide regular updates on sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Adhere to established sales processes, ethical standards, and company policies


Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred (marketing, sales, business, or related field)
  • 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Background in workplace solutions, commercial services, real estate, office furniture, design, logistics, or a related industry strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (80-100k depending on experience) with performance-based incentive opportunities (monthly commission based on retained revenue)
