Job Summary
This position will be responsible for coordinating with Tokio Marine Head Office (“HO”) and overall support and coordination to Tokio Marine America operations in North America. The main focus of the HO-related role will be serving as a liaison supporting the development and implementation of global program operations for the large Japanese clients, including regulatory research, fronting network management, operational process improvement, provision of professional advice, and responding to inquiries.
The primary function in supporting Tokio Marine America will be to provide assistance for administrative work including but not limited to communications with external parties (e.g. brokers). The role is also expected to conduct facilitation/logistics support for various committees/conferences/projects and setting the schedule for customer engagement.

Development and Maintenance of the Fronting Network
Collection, Dissemination, and Management of Country-Specific Insurance Regulations
Coordination and Administration of Global Program-related IT Systems

Qualifications
Salary range $60,000 to $70,000. Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location. Our company offers a competitive benefits package and bonus eligibility on top of base.
