Position Summary
The Corporate Partnerships Officer leads corporate revenue development for Bellevue Schools Foundation, including sponsorships, corporate giving, and institutional funding. This role builds strategic partnerships with businesses and funders to advance educational opportunities for students and supports fundraising initiatives associated with the Spring for Schools gala.
The Officer works in partnership with a contracted grant writer who leads grant prospecting and proposal development, while the Officer manages funder relationships, internal coordination, and grant execution.
Primary Responsibilities
Corporate Sponsorships and Partnerships
· Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects
· Secure sponsorship revenue for events and initiatives
· Cultivate long-term partnerships with local and regional businesses
· Coordinate corporate stewardship and recognition activities
· Oversee our Honor Roll Realtors partnerships
Grant Coordination and Institutional Funding
· Serve as primary staff liaison to the contracted grant writer
· Coordinate internal information needed for proposals and reports
· Preparation of written materials: proposals, solicitations, correspondence
· Support funder relationship development and stewardship
· Ensure timely submission of grant materials and reports
· Track grant timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements
· Collaborate with program staff to gather impact data and narratives
Spring for Schools Gala Support
· Lead corporate sponsorship strategy for the gala
· Coordinate sponsor benefits and fulfillment
· Support procurement of auction items as needed
Collaboration and Reporting
· Track corporate revenue and activity in CRM
· Collaborate with development team on integrated fundraising strategy
· Provide updates for board and committee reports
Qualifications
· 3+ years of fundraising, corporate relations, or partnership development experience
· Strong relationship development and project coordination skills
· Experience working with grants or institutional funders preferred
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
· Knowledge of corporate philanthropy trends preferred
