Corporate Development Manager

Our client is a healthcare services investment platform seeking a Corporate Development / M&A Manager to support its strategic growth initiative of acquiring operating business. The ~50 employee firm is headquartered in Denver, CO.

This role will work closely with senior leadership on sourcing, underwriting, diligence, and partnership across a multi-site healthcare platform.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and valuation analyses for business development opportunities
• Analyze company financials, KPIs, and operational performance
• Support due diligence processes across financial, legal, and operational workstreams
• Prepare investment committee and transaction materials
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Assist with outbound sourcing and pipeline management

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Interest in healthcare services and M&A
• Ability to operate effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
