LHH Recruitment is seeking a Mid-Level Contracts Attorney for our client with offices in Riverside and the City of Industry, CA. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a a top-performing Company with more than a century of industry leadership.


Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and operational teams, assisting with deals from concept to execution while helping the business' continued and sustainable growth.


You will be responsible for drafting, negotiation, and finalization of contracts—where your judgment shapes real business outcomes offering a combination of impact, autonomy, and a sustainable pace.


Responsibilities


  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including service, rental, vendor, and construction contracts
  • Partner closely with business leaders to provide practical, solution-oriented advice on contract terms and risk
  • Support disputes and coordinate with outside counsel when needed
  • Help strengthen contract management processes and supplier compliance efforts
  • Contribute to insurance and risk management strategies that protect and support the business


What You Bring

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active state bar license in good standing
  • 3+ years of experience in contract negotiation and transactional law (law firm experience considered)
  • A pragmatic, business-focused approach to legal problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Willingness to work onsite with a flexible, multi-location structure
